O’LALA ships worldwide, including the United States and all European Union member states. This Shipping Policy complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), GDPR, and US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Important Shipping Notice: Since we work with different suppliers and shipping companies, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Please don’t worry — all items will be delivered as expected.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost or significantly delayed:

- We will open an investigation with the carrier
- Replacement or refund will be issued based on investigation results

Stolen packages after confirmed delivery are not covered.
